PORT PROPERTY

The Port currently leases space to 34 businesses and manages over 20,000 square feet of retail/commercial property, the Port is the engine of economic activity in our area. The retail center, with 700 feet of boardwalk, enjoys community festivals almost every weekend of the year. Tourists enjoy the variety of small shops and services. The center holds retail businesses that feature everything from an award winning seafood restaurant, two ice cream parlors, one of the best pizzerias in Oregon, and some of the best burgers you will find anywhere.   A number of other businesses are located around the Port, including a fish market located near the recreational boat launch, a restaurant with a lounge, and many other shops to make your visit to the Port, a pleasant and fun experience. The Annual Southern Oregon Kite Festival and the Slam'n Salmon Ocean Derby attract visitors from all over the United States as well as many foreign countries.

Public land and water areas are controlled by the State of Oregon, U.S. Coast Guard, Curry County, and the Port. The Port is one of the larger commercial property owners in the county.
