VOLUNTEERING AT THE PORT

Volunteers,
 
The Port of Brookings Harbor encourages involvement in Port maintenance through volunteerism. Port services are enhanced and improved because of citizens who generously share their time and talents.
 

Volunteering services at the Port include but not limited to:
  • Filling potholes,
  • Landscaping (weed removal, trimming, mowing, etc.),
  • Trash removal / cleanup,
  • Painting, and
  • Other activities approved by Port Manager or Harbormaster.
The Port will provide necessary materials, equipment and safety devices to perform the work.

Volunteer applications must be completed and approved prior to performing work on Port property. Submit the completed form to the Port Office 16330 Lower Harbor Road, Brookings, OR 97415  or email to [email protected].

To file a program discrimination complaint, a complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, which can be obtained online at https://www.ocio.usda.gov/document/ad-3027, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
